О проекте
Yango Pay — это мобильный кошелёк, встроенный прямо в приложение Yango Taxi.
С ним можно мгновенно пополнять счёт через локальные платёжные системы.
С июня 2023 по ноябрь 2024 я работал над этим продуктом как Senior Product Designer в кросс-функциональной команде из 16 человек в дубайском офисе Yango — международного бренда Yandex.
За полтора года я вёл дизайн-направление Yango Pay, переосмысляя пользовательский опыт в сфере финансов для стран Африки — в первую очередь для Кот-д’Ивуара и Ганы.
Это был глубокий ресёрч, плотная работа с локальным поведением пользователей, адаптация под экономику регионов и проектирование интуитивных сценариев на базе мобильных платёжных экосистем.⠀

Crafting Financial Connections Across Continents
As the lead designer for Yango Pay over an immersive 1.5-year journey based in Dubai, I dedicated myself to reimagining the financial experience for users across Africa, particularly in Côte d’Ivoire and Ghana.
My role involved not only refining and modernizing existing functionalities but also designing innovative new features to better meet the specific needs of our user base.
Yango Pay: Seamless, Secure Payments for Everyday Convenience
Yango Pay is an e-wallet integrated into the Yango app, allowing users to easily top up their balance via mobile money and make cashless payments for rides. The service offers prepaid wallets for taxi services, supports cashless transactions, refunds, and balance top-ups through bank accounts.
Yango Pay aims to provide a safe, fast, and convenient online payment experience, particularly in African countries like Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire.
